Family with children great experience

The staff were friendly , like when they went out of their way to grab chocolate chips for my daughter's waffles after they ran out. We felt so welcomed , even during a tornado warning they handled it calmly , supplying drinks and snacks to keep everyone at ease.

It wasn't cheap , but considering the quality of service it was acceptable.

the gym has a lot of variety in cardio machines and weights. the shower head could use better water preassure.

I loved the room! Very large and clean. King size bed was great. Comfort was ok.

The front desk lady not so great. It seemed like we were being rushed by her. Then when we were checking out and was asking about my hilton honors acct and again was cut short by her. Just felt like she wanted to wash her hands of us. We booked through a third party and couldn't get our reward points. However, Hilton said I could.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides everything I need, free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The friendly staff helped me with dining directions on my first stay. I remember that well! I can't wait to return for Christmas!

The room we were given a free upgrade to was extremely spacious and quiet and included a refrigerator, a writing desk and ironing facilities. The location couldn't be more favourable close to everything. The vibe here was family.

We had a blast ! The staff was super friendly and helped us find fun local spots to eat. The breakfast had these amazing fresh pastries every morning. The pool was a hit with the kids, but the vending machines were kinda empty sometimes. We loved hanging out in the common area!

The hotel was ideally located with a great business center and free snacks like cheese sandwiches, a nice touch after a long day. The indoor pool looked cute although we didn't have time to use it. The room unfortunately had some noise issues . While the fridge and coffee pot were handy, the size of the ice bucket was unexpectedly small.

I found the breakfast selection good with fresh pastries and fruits available. The friendly service included thoughtful touches, like providing water and snacks. My room was impressively quiet and spotlessly clean were nice.

We loved staying at this new hotel because of its welcoming environment and helpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect, being near everything we needed. It was convenient to have a local restaurant and trailer park within walking distance.
